Shipping
We ship by standard or registered post to anywhere in the world. All orders ship within five days of receipt of payment - you will receive an email when your order is received and again when the order is shipped. If payment is not received within three days the order will be cancelled. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order, we will get in touch immediately.
When shipped by standard post, delivery times may vary and we cannot provide tracking information.

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please send a message within 15 days to request an exchange or refund. We can only issue a refund when we have received your items in perfect condition, showing no signs of wear and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 2 working days of receipt of the items.
We recommend that returns are sent by Registered Post (or suitable equivalent) as we will not be able to issue a refund if we do not safely receive your items. Unless there is a fault with the product, you will be liable for the cost of returns.
